Booking and Pricing
HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
Go to Booking page and complete the Request for Proposal Form. You will receive a formal proposal for your event and a follow up telephone call. Once we receive your signed Proposal and your deposit, we will lock in the reservation. Please feel free to email us at info@tomatoflyer.com or call 240-624-6000 ext. 110 for event sales.
If the date I want is booked, do you have a waiting list?
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We require at least 30 days notice of your event cancellation, and your deposit will be refunded in full.
HOW MUCH IS IT IF I HAVE LESS THAN 25 GUESTS?
We have a minimum charge for 50 guests. If you have 35 guests, the charge for 50 guests will be charged.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS?
The maximum per truck is 200 guests. If you party is larger than that, it becomes necessary for you to book additional trucks.
WHEN DO I NEED TO KNOW OUR FINAL COUNT?
CAN YOU COME EARLIER THAN IT SAYS ON YOUR CALENDAR?
We try to maintain a fixed schedule between bookings, but if possible, we will accommodate.
WHERE DO YOU DO PARTIES?

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
CAN YOU BRING PIZZAS AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS INSIDE?
Yes, we can bring the food into the house, tent or other covered areas.
CAN YOU PULL UP TO MY GARAGE?
Yes, we can pull up close to your garage or building, but can’t pull inside a building because of the chimney and oven venting issues.
Parking and Set Up
CAN YOU PARK IN THE BACKYARD?
Yes, if the ground is level and firm enough we can.
CAN YOU PARK IN THE STREET IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE?
We can park in the street, as long as the road is reasonably level and there is room for our prep tables.
HOW WIDE ARE THE TRUCKS?
The trucks are 8 feet wide.
HOW TALL ARE THE TRUCKS?
Our trucks are 9 feet tall without the chimney.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA?
Yes, however we need notice one week in advance of your event.
DO YOU TAKE REQUESTS FOR PIZZAS?
The host of the event will select 5 pizzas from our extensive menu and we will prepare those pizzas for your event.
Paper Products
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER PRODUCTS DO YOU SUPPLY?
We provide basic white paper plates, napkins, knives, forks and spoons. If you prefer, we are happy to use what you provide.
